Kutomon Fysioterapia ja Liikuntakeskus is a gem of a facility concentrating on exercise, health and well-being, located in the Finlayson area in Forssa. Entrepreneur Minna Penttilä says: “Our goal is to keep the people of Forssa moving.” The methods vary from group fitness classes and gym sessions to all-round physiotherapy services and professional relaxation and nutrition services.
 
Kutomon Fysioterapia ja Liikuntakeskus is located in the Finlayson area that the people of Forssa hold dear. “The location was key when we moved here. I saw the potential location as beautiful and functionally versatile. We waited until we found the right space for us, and have worked from here since 2006,” says Minna Penttilä.
 
The company occupies a versatile space of about 17,000 square feet. The facilities have been modified to fit the current needs. “We have expanded, and sometimes also decreased, our facilitiesand also modified the purpose of use from one service to another,” she notes and says that these modifications have always gone without hassle with Renor. 
“We can feel safe in the building, as asset manager Juha Avellan always makes sure that the modifications we require are taken care of meticulously, taking into account the structures of an old building.”
