Maintenance requests concerning the property are submitted via
the maintenance requests menu at the top of the site.
The mailbox for outbound mail is on the western side external wall of the Askotalo building, close to the Court House and parking area P1. The mailbox is emptied Mon–Fri at 3 p.m.
There is a Smartpost service point serving the entire area on the ground floor of the Askotalo building. It can be used as a delivery address and return point for online purchases, leaving laundry bags, returning books to the library or sending a mobile phone for repair, for example.
The Smartpost service point letter box is emptied Mon–Fri at 3 p.m. The Smartpost service point is available to those working at Askotalo 24/7 and to other users during the Askotalo business hours, Mon–Fri 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Our partner Trinomi Oy takes care of the cleanliness and comfort of your company’s premises. Cleaning is planned in cooperation with you, according to your company’s needs. The cleaning agreement is signed in connection with the lease of the premises.
