Maintenance requests concerning the property are submitted via the maintenance requests menu at the top of the site.
Renor provides name signs to entrance door signboards. Other name signs or guide signs are subject to agreement in connection with the lease negotiations.
The area’s guide signs are located in the parking areas of Kutomonkuja and Puuvillakatu.
Handing over and returning of keys is agreed upon in connection with the lease negotiations.

We offer ours customers parking spaces and a heating post with a name sign. The monthly fee is EUR 10.70 + current rate of VAT.
Forssan Energia Oy supplies general electric power according to its price list. Alterations concerning electricity supply must always be agreed upon with Renor Oy.
The property has several public waste management points. Lessees are responsible for the treatment of hazardous waste.
Renor takes care of the property’s trunk cabling. Our customers are responsible for their own data connections, procurement of hardware and cabling to terminal devices.
