Renor Ltd

Renor Ltd is a Finnish privately owned real estate investment company that owns, develops and leases business premises. The company owns old buildings, mainly former industrial properties, in different parts of southern Finland and specializes in developing and renewing old red-brick communities into modern, dynamic business complexes.

Renor’s property portfolio had a market value of EUR 152 (133) million on 31st December 2008. The real estate assets have a total leasable area of 370,000m2 (400 000m2) and unused building rights 400,000m2.

Renor’s goal is to arouse dormant factory communities and turn them into dynamic, financially profitable complexes while still preserving their traditional and industrial milieus. The company also takes different environmental and social issues into account when developing its premises. Due to the large size and great location of these factory properties, they provide an excellent basis for a wide range of activities. Renor’s properties are located in the central areas of the cities and are among good transportation connections.
